Residence 2582 was built to last. Troon Pacific worked with esteemed architects of Geddes Ulinskas Architects, innovative landscape architects Shades of Green, and the expert team at Impact Builders. They executed every detail with passion and precision. They enlisted structural, waterproofing, and mechanical specialists to lend their expertise to the unique challenges and opportunities presented by this project and their own design team to create custom moments and pieces for the space.

Foam, rubber, or felt insulation of all interior water and drain lines for sound and vibration mitigation
